What can I do on this website?
You can experience flights over mountains and cities, walks through city shopping areas, and tours of buildings – without complicated instructions. We make it possible to use Google Earth® as simple as you would use a DVD player.
How do I navigate Google Earth®?
Google Earth® is navigated exactly like Google Maps®. Just pan and zoom. You can also tilt Google Earth® and take advantage of its third dimensional feature.
Scrolling: Imagine you have a map pressed under a photo mount. You hold the mount while sliding the map across the table with one finger. This movement with your finger is simulated by holding down the left button of your mouse. Google Earth® even lets the globe or map continue to drift if the mouse was still moving when you let go off the button.
Zooming: Double clicking on the left button of the mouse brings you closer to the Earth; double clicking the right, farther away. If your mouse has a wheel, you can also use it to zoom. Without a wheel you can still zoom in and out by holding down the right button and moving the mouse back and forth.
Tilting: This means leaving the birds-eye-view perspective and looking at the earth at a flat angle. Hold down the middle mouse button and move the mouse. A back and forth motion will tilt the camera; right and left will turn it.
(If you have a mouse wheel, you can use the wheel as a third button by holding it down.)

Something doesn’t work properly. Can you help?
Please use our contact page (here).
Is there any way I can help you?
Sure! You can create your own tracks and provide them for others to see and use. We’re interested in your ideas and suggestions!
I have a question that hasn’t been answered here. Whom can I ask?
Please use our contact page (here).
A Guided Tour is the presentation of a 3-D model using the Google Earth Plug-in® in your browser. It looks like a movie, except that it is interactive. You can stop the movie, change its point of view, zoom in, fly to another spot and continue the Guided Tour where you left it. With the GoogleEarth Plug-in® it is difficult to fly through buildings or get very close to objects, so we take care of this for you.
How do I navigate a Guided Tour?
A Guided Tour is controlled like a DVD player. You can go forwards or backwards, pause, jump to the beginning or the end and between scenes. In addition, you can stop the Guided Tour at any time and influence it by taking a closer look at something and then continuing when you are ready.
How can I create a Guided Tour?
Currently we have a professional team who edits and puts together the Guided Tours for you. But we are planning on providing the tools so that those who want to can put together their own Guided Tours.
